

About Our Teas
All of our teas are from a tea shop in Tacoma, Washington. After personally visiting the shop for the first time in 2016, there was no question about where we would obtain our teas. The amount of research and knowledge the shop has behind all of the custom blended teas created a unique taste that we wanted to share with everyone else, but inside of cute jars.
Black Teas
Black tea contains lots of flavonoids to help improve metabolism as well as natural caffeine to keep you alert and awake.
House Breakfast Blend
Our house breakfast blend is composed of an Assam tea, orange peel, vanilla, and Scottish breakfast tea. This tea is best enjoyed hot and a splash of milk and honey brings out more of the orange peel and vanilla flavor.
Benefits
Assam tea can reduce the risk of heart attack by 50% when consumed often. Orange peel helps relieve constipation and improve lung health. Vanilla reduces the effects of aging and promotes healthy skin.
Icy Destress
Another custom house blend which includes black peach, lavender, and rose. that can be enjoyed hot or cold. The peach adds a natural sweetness while the lavender and rose offer a gentle aroma. Honey helps bring out the peach sweetness while also pairing well with a splash of milk.

Rose petals help reduce risks of heart disease, obesity, and cognitive diseases. Rose hips improve your immunity and skin health. Lavender helps improve sleep, menstrual cramps and can improved mood disorders (anxiety, depression, fatigue, etc.). The peach blossoms help improve weight loss and lower glucose levels.
Earl Grey, Lavender, and Rose
A classic breakfast tea enjoyed around the world with a touch of lavender and rose. This tea has a strong aroma that can sooth your nerves.
Benefits
Earl grey is can improve your heart health and lower your cholesterol. Lavender helps improve sleep, menstrual cramps and can improved mood disorders (anxiety, depression, fatigue, etc.). Rose petals help reduce risks of heart disease, obesity, and cognitive diseases.
Green/White Teas
Green tea contains antioxidants to help improve your digestive system. Green teas are usually enjoyed after a meal to help suppress appetite. White tea is enjoyed at any time and contains a larger amount of antioxidants than green tea. These also contain natural caffeine.
Jasmine (Silver and Green)
This tea is enjoyed all of the world as a relaxing tea. The aroma can help calm your mind, but can also be used as a face wash (when cool) to reduce inflammation and clear the skin.

Jasmine tea can lower your risk of heart disease, improve your mental health and lower risk of certain cancers. The aroma is a natural stress reducer and also improve your mental health.
Jasmine, Turmeric, and Ginger
This tea is great for helping relieve symptoms of the common cold. The turmeric and ginger work together to relieve sore throats while the jasmine relaxes you and reduces the overpowering flavors ginger provide.

Turmeric helps boost immune function and helps manage irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). The ginger can alleviate nausea, help manage blood pressure, and relieve pain and inflammation. Jasmine tea can lower your risk of heart disease, improve your mental health and lower risk of certain cancers.

Botanical teas have many different benefits and are a combination of different herbs. These teas are aimed to help improve your overall health and relieve health issues you may be experiencing.
Detox
This detox tea contains tulsi (holy basil), spearmint, rose hips, and lemon myrtle. This mix of herbs is good for cleaning out your system and starting fresh. Proven to work (we tested it)!
Benefits

Knock out contains a blend of valerian, chamomile, kava kava, and rose buds and petals. While the aroma of this tea might be really strong, the chamomile and rose pieces help the flavor remain calm and relaxing.

Climbers blend contains peppermint, yerba mate, ginkgo leaves, licorice root, lemongrass, olive leaves, Echinacea, and ginger root. This blend helps you stay focused and awake on whatever task you’re trying to accomplish.

Peppermint eases digestive upsets and improves energy. Yerba Mate relieves fatigue, eases depression, and help teats headaches.
